Designed in the fall of 1918, Johan Anker drawing dated 27.09.1918.

Commissioned in 1920 to the 2nd R-rule of 1919, Sail No. 8 N 11 and named 'Verano II'.

In 1921 she was modified to the 1st International Rule of 1907 and her Sail no. became SH 38
