Peter Von Seestermuhe

Under the original name 'Peter von Danzig' she was built for the first transatlantic race ever finishing in Germany. The Akademischer Segelverein in Danzig was a student club, who kept the boat until 1991. It was than restored and sails today in a better condition than ever. Under the name PETER von SEESTERMUEHE she cruises the northern European waters in summer, while spending the winter in the Caribbean from time to time. 'Peter' has done several ocean races including the Whitbread in 1973/74. She has almost twenty Atlantic-crossings to her name.
