Commissioned by the Italian, Ezio Granelli, Croce Del Sud has never changed family owership in her 70+ years of life. In 1957 Granellis' son-in-law, Bruno Mentasti and his wife became owners and have since had her restored at Cantieri Beconcini in La Spezia over the years 1977-79. She is often spotted off the shores of Italy and Sardinia and occassionally attends tha classic yacht regattas of the Mediterranean. |
