Built for Dave Morris jr. Alsumar is a combination of his wife's and two daughters first names. Design no. 26, she was the first of S&S's 70' yawls.

Known for many years as Gulf Stream and owned at one time by Dudley Sharp former Secretary of the U.S. Air Force.

Entered and won class A - Aloha division of the 2007 2225 mile TransPac race(oldest winner at 73 years old).

Now owned by Alsumar LLC.
